Online seminar: HRA ordinances - what has changed?

Following a thorough public consultation process, four implementing ordinances of the Human Research Act (HRA) were amended and The Federal Council approved the changes on 7 June 2024. These amendments aim to further improve the regulatory framework by addressing the technological and social developments while ensuring alignment with the international regulations and practices. The updated ordinances will enter into force on 1 November 2024, with the exception of the provisions on transparency, which will enter into force on 1 March 2025.

This seminar is organised by the Regulatory Affairs Platform and the Education Platform.
