On 1 September 2023, the new Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) went into effect. The SCTO’s Regulatory Affairs Platform has compiled a short set of guidelines that includes decision criteria aimed at helping researchers assess whether the nFADP is relevant to their research projects.
